Responsible Gaming

Before You Click

Decide the amount you are willing to spend before you start, and treat it the same way you would treat cash already spent on a ticket or a meal. This removes the decision from the moment itself, when the outcome of a game can distort judgement about what to do next.

This page cannot switch on a deposit cap, a loss cap, a reality check, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Those controls exist only inside an account at the operator you reach after leaving this site, and only that account can turn them on, check them or enforce them.

Leaving This Site

Every operator listing on this site ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site — each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that moment the destination's rules, checks and account controls apply, not anything published here.

Nobody's age is verified on this site and no gambling takes place on it. Any age check happens at the destination, not here. The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this build, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing, as a plain statement of that minimum, not as a check this site performs.

Spending and Losses

Set the amount aside before you begin and stop when it is gone, rather than deciding in the moment. Chasing a loss by increasing the next bet to recover an earlier one tends to compound the loss rather than reverse it, because it replaces a planned amount with an open-ended one.

Keep gambling money separate from money that is borrowed or owed elsewhere. A loss that only touches money set aside for it stays a fixed cost; a loss that touches borrowed money becomes a second problem on top of the first.

Breaks and Other People

Taking a break partway through a session gives you a point to check whether you are still following the amount and the plan you started with, rather than continuing on momentum. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling necessary, involving someone else early — a friend, a family member, or one of the organisations below — gives you an outside view before the pattern sets further.

Independent Help

Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: gambleaware.nsw.gov.au, gamblinghelponline.org.au and responsiblegambling.vic.gov.au. These are the only outbound links on the site that are not commercial: they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them.
